Le cadran est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en argent massif avec la technique de l'ind\u00e9l\u00e9bile, ce qui d\u00e9veloppe une \u00e9tonnante tridimensionnalit\u00e9 de toute la surface. La minuterie semble retenir la lumi\u00e8re dans ses 60 intervalles. \u00c0 l'ext\u00e9rieur, sur le bord, se trouvent les \u00e9l\u00e9gants chiffres romains plac\u00e9s aux quarts en position radiale. L'opacification de la surface du cadran a rendu l'argent d'une tonalit\u00e9 chaude, presque rose : un coup de pinceau de couleur que seul le temps sait donner. Les aiguilles sont fines et bleuies par trempe \u00e0 la flamme.
