The story of Marvin starts in 1850 with the brothers Marc and Emmanuel Didisheim.<\/p>\n

They are watch brokerage dealers in the Bernese Jura.<\/p>\n

This mediation activity allows them to access professional independence with little of their own capital and with limited risks.<\/p>\n

In 1894, in a village near La-Chaud-de-Fonds, in St. Imier, the two brothers mainly manufactured watches with small calibers, probably ladies’ pocket watches.<\/p>\n

Only in the 20th century start a wristwatch and check big success in the United States.<\/p>\n
