Payments are to be made via bank transfer only. No items shall be sent before receiving full payment. payment must be securely received in full before any item shall be sent. Some payments may require additional time to clear.
All watches are property of The Vintaguer srl until the watch has been paid in full. There will be no postage/handling/insurance charges for any orders. However, customers are responsible for any and all customs charges, duties or taxes.
Delivery time is 5 business days from receipt of payment. except for exceptions that will be communicated to you. The watch is shipped after it has been overhauled.

All shipments are fully insured via Malca Amit / Ferrari. If packages are lost or stolen, a refund will be issued only after approval of the insurance claim by our insurance vendor.
