The story of Marvin starts in 1850 with the brothers Marc and Emmanuel Didisheim.

This mediation activity allows them to access professional independence with little of their own capital and with limited risks.
In 1894, in a village near La-Chaud-de-Fonds, in St. Imier, the two brothers mainly manufactured watches with small calibers, probably ladies’ pocket watches.
